Darrin has successfully represented hundreds of clients in civil and criminal matters. This includes at Provincial Court, Queen’s Bench and the Federal Court of Canada. Darrin has obtained multiple settlements for clients through settlement negotiations as an option to the Courts.
Darrin has been involved with traditional dispute resolution systems being used by First Nation people and their communities and sees great value in this.
First Nation Governments
Darrin has been in house Counsel to two First Nation governments; one being the second largest in Canada and the other doing the largest commercial build in the country.
